Apollo is an adorable little yorkie in search of his forever family. He came to SFCR as a breeder release so is working on building his confidence and learning how to "dog".

Apollo is doing pretty well with his housetraining and likes having his crate available as his safe place.

It is an absolute must that Apollo go to a home with a small breed resident dog. He relies on the dogs to feel confident and is lost/regresses without them.

Apollo had a much needed dental that resulted in the extraction of his remaining teeth. He eats kibble softened with warm water along with a little canned food. He feels much better without those rotten and infected teeth in his mouth.

 

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Physically fenced in yard to keep him safe - no invisible fences. Walking on a leash/harness is still very much a work in progress.
  • Small breed resident dog to show Apollo the ropes and help with his confidence level.

Apollo has been neutered and also had an extensive dental. He tested negative for heartworm & tick-borne disease, is current on vaccinations & monthly preventatives, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $400 plus tax.
