Bella came to SFCR last November. She delivered puppies while in rescue and is ready to be the center of someone's world. Bella is a little bit timid when being reached for/picked up but if you go her pace, you will gain her trust in no time. Bella loves to be in her foster mom's lap and does great with the other dogs in her foster home. She is a very sweet and very special little gal! Bella is working hard on her housetraining and is crate trained. At this time, Bella does not show any signs/evidence of mitral valve disease.
ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
Bella has been spayed and also had a dental. She tested negative for heartworm & tick-borne disease, is current on vaccinations (rabies, DAPPL, bordetella) & monthly preventatives, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $500 plus tax.

Prior to being rescued, many of our dogs have received limited socialization, so they may need extra time to adjust and settle in. Older children are often a great fit for our dogs, and family's with younger children will be considered based on each dog's individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may require a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of our dogs adapt quite quickly.
