Tucker is a very handsome Havanese boy who came to SFCR after a life of commercial breeding.

He is enjoying what his new life has to offer but is very timid and needs extra time to warm up to new people and environments. 

Tucker is crate trained and working on his house training although it is still a work in progress. He wears a belly band in the house to help with this.

Tucker will need a very calm and patient family to help bring him out of his shell and teach him what being a dog is all about.

 

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Physically fenced in yard.
  • Confident resident dog.
  • Patient family willing to put in the time to help Tucker continue to come out of his shell.

Tucker has been neutered and received a dental cleaning (with 3 extractions) while in rescue. He tested negative for heartworm and tick borne disease, is current on vaccinations & monthly preventatives, dewormed, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $350 plus tax.
