Poppy is a sweet little toy poodle who came to SFCR after being released from a commercial breeding facility. She has been learning all about this brand new life hers while in foster care. Poppy is nervous and needs time to warm up to new people and environments. Poppy connects better with dogs and will need to go to a home with at least one other small breed resident dog.

 

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Physically fenced in yard to keep Poppy safe while outside.
  • Confident small breed resident dog.
  • Patient family willing to continue confidence building and housetraining.
  • Home with older/respectful children only.

Poppy was spayed and received a dental cleaning while in rescue. She tested negative for heartworm and tick borne diseases, is current on vaccinations, monthly preventatives, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $550 plus tax.
