Monty came to SFCR shy and unsure of himself but that didn’t last long. This rambunctious boy quickly came out his shell and now can barely be caught sitting still for a photo.

He plays well with the other dogs in his foster home and has done well with the cats too.

He loves attention and if picked up he will lick your face every chance he gets. This smart boy is quickly picking up potty training and starting to work on his leash skills. He kennels well and sleeps through the night. This pup is returning all the love he gets and flourishing.

Monty would love to go to a home with a physically fenced in yard as he loves to run and play outside.

 

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Patient family willing to continue working on housetraining and basic obedience.
  • Preference will be given to applications with physically fenced in yard.
  • Family willing/able to take on the extra grooming expense associated with a poodle mix haircoat.

 

Monty is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, current on monthly heartworm & flea/tick prevention, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $650 plus tax.
